27 Sep The Love of a Plant
We love matching beautiful plants to their people but sometimes when a plant leaves us I am sad to see it go. This ponytail palm lived on the Plantstay counter, and for a time he lived in my home while we waited for the shop to open. The plants that spend time in our greenhouse or in our home are extra special to me. He is a perfect, quirky version of himself.
The person who adopted him was so happy to find him. She had been looking for one just like this for a while. I can’t explain how happy it makes me when I see a person and a plant really connect. I know he will be loved.
I will remember this one and hope that she sends me progress pictures as he grows 💚
We are continually updating the plants and accessories in our Gainesville plant shop to offer the most beautiful, healthy selection of locally grown houseplants. For interesting and sometimes rare houseplants in Alachua county make Plantstay your first stop.
This week we’ve added a huge update to our planters and pots as well as plant stands and hangers. Come on in![/caption]
